Yaksh Chaudhary, of Amroha, UP, who secured all India rank (AIR) 6 in the UPSC civil service examination 2021 in his 3rd attempt

He did his graduation (Btech Engineering) from IIT Guwahati in civil engineering. 

He got success in his 3rd attempt. In his first attempt, he didn't qualify for even the pre-exam of UPSC.

I do not believe in strategy, but rather I believe more in the implementation part, he said.

Reading NCERTs for 11th and 12th grades is required, and you should follow the standard books recommended by toppers,
such as Lakshmikant for politics and Spectrum for history.

Newspaper reading, especially the editorial part, is mainly considered.

It's not compulsory to join any coaching class, but if you are in the preparatory stage, then joining a coaching class is well and good.

Coaching classes will only give you guidance and mentorship. But self-study is necessary and will give you an edge.

You will definitely get benefits if you give mock tests and test series regularly.

It's a must to have a plan B because UPSC is a very uncertain exam.

Do your hard work for this exam, but believe in yourself and have faith in yourself.
